Team Fees:
In addition to registration fees, there may be team or tournament fees, which will be collected by your team manager. A team meeting will be held after teams are formed to discuss and confirm these fees.

Sibling Discount:
Register all players in your family at the same time to receive a $35 discount for each sibling.

Volunteer Fees:
A $150 volunteer fee (post-dated cheque to June 30 of this year) must be submitted to the team manager in April, payable to Semiahmoo Minor Lacrosse Association.

Player Placement:
If there aren’t enough players in a specific division to form a team, players may be released to another association. The executive and coaches will keep players and parents informed throughout this process.

Refund Policy:
• Full refund: Available if requested before the player participates in any drop-in or event.
• Partial refund: A full refund minus a $40 insurance fee if requested before March 1.
• No refund: Requests made after May 1, unless a season-ending injury (before May 1) can be medically proven.

Privacy Policy:
All information collected during registration is used exclusively by the local lacrosse association and the BC Lacrosse Association for registration purposes. This information will not be shared outside of these organizations.

Terms and Conditions:
By registering your child(ren), you confirm that all information provided is accurate. If it’s discovered that you registered outside your residential catchment area (South of 40 Avenue, West of 196 Street) without obtaining the proper release from the local commission, your registration will be void, and your fees refunded.
