Rock Lacrosse – 2025 President’s Message

Good Afternoon, Rock Family,

Another box lacrosse season is about to begin, and we’re excited to get rolling!

•Gear Swap – Wednesday, March 12 (4–7 PM at Taylor Box)

We’re happy to announce a gear swap this Wednesday! This is a great opportunity to drop off gear your child has outgrown and pick up lightly used equipment—for free! We’re especially looking for U7 & U9 gear and sticks. We have three full bags of gear that will fit all divisions.

If you can’t make it in time, please drop off your gear in a garbage bag at 12642 14B Ave.

•Thank You, Coaches!

Our off-season drop-in gym sessions were a huge success. A big thank you to all the coaches who volunteered their time for the kids!

•Time to Register!

If you haven’t registered yet, now is the time! The final declaration meeting for the Lower Mainland is this Tuesday, and we need our updated numbers. Please encourage friends and family to sign up for Canada’s National Summer Sport. We’re especially looking to increase numbers in U7, U9, and all-female divisions.

•Randy Ellis Lacrosse Days – April 4 & 5

Mark your calendars for Randy Ellis Lacrosse Days! All our teams will play an exhibition game, followed by an Alumni Game and a Junior A battle between New Westminster & Langley.

Ticket sales will open soon—stay tuned! Tickets will also be available at the door.

•Player Releases & Placements

For players awaiting releases, the final meeting is this Tuesday, and placements will be updated shortly after.

•Semi Lax Night Out – March 14 (Vancouver Warriors vs. Toronto Rock)

Join us for Semi Lax Night Out with the Vancouver Warriors vs. Toronto Rock!

All players are encouraged to wear Semi swag.

U11 players will be playing during intermission.
