Former ROCK player, member of back-2-back NLL Championship winning Buffalo Bandits

Buffalo, NY — The Buffalo Bandits of the National Lacrosse League are champions again, winning their second title in as many years. The Bandits swept cross-state rivals, the Albany FireWolves in a best-of-3 game final series, 2-0.

Semiahmoo Minor Lacrosse product, Sam La Roue (2002) has been a member of the NLL Bandits since 2020.

Sam grew up in South Surrey and started playing lacrosse with the ROCK at age 7. He also played field lacrosse with Surrey Warriors.

Sam is currently a scholarship student-athlete at Western University in London, Ontario.
