Chase Seller (2012), Malakai Ostrosser (2011) and Chris Seller (coach) bring home a Silver Medal at the 2023 U13 Box Lacrosse National Championships in Regina, Saskatchewan. Terrific effort boys! Lots of great lacrosse memories were created during this very successful experience!

Congratulations to Semiahmoo Rock player, Maryssa Pearson (2011) for being selected to the 2023 Team BC Middle School Women’s Field Lacrosse Team!

Maryssa and her teammates will represent BC field lacrosse at the Southwest Cup November 4-5th, 2023 in Phoenix, Arizona and at the SandStorm Tournament January 13-14th, 2024 in Indio, California.
