Registration Fees

Early Bird pricing will be in effect until February 15, 2020 at 11:59pm.

Regular Registration will go into effect on February 16, 2019.

All Payments will be made through PayPal.

All registration fees are in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Depending on registration numbers, there will be evaluations for players in the Novice, Peewee, Bantam and Midget divisions. Any player wishing to play on an A level team must attend evaluations. Players who do not attend will automatically be placed on the lower level team in that division. You must specify when registering if your player is interested in attending evaluations. All players attending evaluations must pay an additional fee to help cover the cost of the indoor evaluation space if applicable. These fees will be collected on the day of evaluations.

Discount Information

Oldest child pays full price, any additional child gets 25% off.

In order to qualify for discounts you must register all players in your family in one registration. Once you register a player, there is a link in the right hand column to add additional players. Please use that before you conclude your registration.



General Information

We will not have information regarding practice or game schedules until we receive all registrations and know how many teams we will have at each division.

A player is not registered until a completed registration form is received and payment is received in full.

New players will need to scan and attach additional paperwork to an e-mail addressed to the registrar at

In addition to registration fees collected by the association, there will be additional team specific fees to pay for tournaments and other team events. This will be determined by individual teams and will be collected by the team manager.

Shorts and t-shirts are included in this year’s registration fee.

Documents Needed for New Players:

  • photocopy of player’s birth certificate
  • photocopy of player's proof of residency (hydro, gas or other utility bill)


Refund Policy

All refunds are subject to a $25.00 processing fee.

NEW PLAYERS will receive a full refund less the $25 processing fee until two (2) days prior to first game (exhibition or league).


Players who withdraw prior to March 16th will receive a full refund less the $25 processing fee. Players who cancel between March 16th and April 15th will receive a 50% refund less the $25 processing fee. Players who withdraw after April 15th will not receive a refund.
